Judo means "the gentle way" in Japanese.

It is one of the most widespread martial arts in the world.

In this course you will learn the basics in a playful way. Movement and fun are in the foreground. This sport combines strength, endurance and skill.

Besides practical things like self-defence and "how to fall properly", you will learn important values.

Respect, self-confidence and modesty are important qualities that you can always use in everyday life.
