Within 12 weeks we will get to know many physical yoga exercises, as well as mindfulness and breathing exercises. So you get a holistic insight into the yoga teachings. Through this, we will bring balance to body and mind, do a lot for more flexibility, and increase the ability to concentrate. We will show you exercises you can integrate into your daily school life to improve your posture through all the sitting.
At the same time, you will learn tools and techniques such as meditation, affirmations, sound relaxation, and much more, which will support you to approach homework, work, and all other challenges of everyday school life confidently and full of new energy.
