Welcome to our multi-faceted fitness camp, where we combine exciting cardio training with the discipline and skill development of martial arts! Our camp is designed to provide an exciting and educational experience for children during their school holidays.
At our cardio camp, our certified fitness trainer and martial arts expert, who is passionate about promoting physical activity, self-defence and personal development, will create an unforgettable sporty, dynamic week with the children.
Cardiovascular Training: Our camp focuses on keeping kids active and improving their cardiovascular fitness. We offer a variety of exciting exercises such as running, jumping jacks, jumping rope, obstacle courses and team sports. These activities not only improve stamina and endurance, but also promote coordination and teamwork.
Martial arts training: Participants have the opportunity to learn different martial arts such as karate, boxing or judo. The children are introduced to the basic techniques, stances, kicks, punches and forms specific to each martial art. The emphasis is on building discipline, self-confidence, self-control and respect for others.
Throughout the camp, we organise exciting fitness challenges to motivate and spur participants on. These challenges may include obstacle courses, timed runs, strength training and friendly competitions. It is an opportunity for the children to set personal goals, test their limits and celebrate their achievements.
Team building activities: We believe in fostering camaraderie and teamwork among campers. Through group activities and team-building exercises, campers develop social skills, learn the importance of working together, and form lasting friendships with their peers. These activities may include problem-solving games, relay races and cooperation exercises. These activities aim to improve resilience, self-esteem and overall well-being.
