Through varied, playful activities, the children learn to consciously and efficiently coordinate their motor skills and movement patterns.

Different obstacle courses with age-appropriate challenges promote balance, strength, coordination, and spatial awareness. The children are encouraged to find their own solutions, overcome obstacles with purpose, and explore new and creative approaches.

In this way, we strengthen not only body awareness, but also self-confidence, self-efficacy, out-of-the-box thinking and essential foundations for healthy physical and mental development.

This camp is also open to non-ESRM students.
